Introduction

Triple A RC Academy was founded by Roger Coenen and with this he realised  a long fostered dream, where the longstanding training practice has been formalised and now accomodated  at Triple A RC  Academy.

Triple A RC Academy offers a variety of courses where participants are coached during their path to an Exam and also where financial markets knowledge is translated into practice. Examples, worked out in cases from own  experiences play a significant role in better comprehension of the study material.

Career

Roger started his career as an associate professor in Finance at Tilburg University, where he also received his Master's degree in Business Economics/Finance.

Subsequently, Roger started his career in the investment industry as an investment advisor to retail clients, and from then he pursued his career in advising and managing assets of institutional clients, also wealth management and investment analysis and support came on his path (a.o. in several managerial roles). With this widespread knowledge of both front office activities and processes in back offices Roger adds value in both running his consultancy practice as well as training people.

Training & Coaching

From many years of working experience in financial markets (banks and asset managers) Roger's 25+ years wide experience is used to learn and coach staff to apply theory into their daily working practice.

This is done by enriching course topics with examples and cases  from practical experience in order to put knowledge into a better and longer-lasting perspective for the participants.
